Program Description

"The Cross-Cultural Solutions structure is basically a big house, a very, very wonderful staff. A place where when you're in a culture very much different than your own, you feel like your coming home."
-Alana Kennedy – Volunteer School Teacher Brazil, CCS.

Cross-Cultural Solutions has local staff in every country that it serves in.

Staff are trained to support the day-to-day needs of international volunteers.

Senior volunteer needs are taken care of such as special diets, health concerns, etc., so that they are able to carry out their volunteer work.

Seniors may travel alone or volunteer with family and friends.

Cross Cultural Solutions Volunteer programs run from 1 to 12 weeks in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, or Latin America.

Seniors are given the opportunity to share their accommodations with other participants who are closer in age and life experience.
