Program Description
"For homeless elders, Project FIND offers case management and counseling, assistance in obtaining entitlements and benefits, help getting to the doctor and obtaining medications, and more. At our Woodstock Senior Center, seniors can get hot showers and clean clothes. Our social workers try to put homeless seniors on a path toward finding housing."

In addition to offering the homeless elderly case management, counseling, housing assistance including encouragement toward finding permanent housing, social workers also offer health assistance. Assistance is provided so that seniors can find affordable health care, medical care, interpreting medical information, which can often times be a complicated task, have help getting to the doctor and obtaining prescription medications.
Project FIND has the following senior services:
The Woodstock Senior Center - where seniors can get hot showers and clean clothes.
The Senior Meal Program -for homeless seniors that provides free takeaway meals and free hot meals in a communal setting with social activities such as dancing and bingo.
Project FIND’s mission is to provide low-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently.
