The Caregiver Relief Fund Program is an incentive based caregiver program providing elder caregiver vouchers. Vouchers are provided by donation and through partners of the program.
In order for a caregiver to receive caregiver vouchers they must apply, share their elder caregiving story and have an interview.
Only professional elder caregiver support services are provided by the program.
Caregivers in need of relief and a professional respite service worker are then matched up.
The Caregiver Relief Fund provides caregiver support to millions of Americans who are caregivers to the chronically ill, aged and disabled.
