Program Description
The Home Access Program may be able to provide the following free home modifications to allow older adults to live independently in their own home:
- Non-skid ramps for home entry and bathroom access.
- Grab Bars for bathtubs and toilet.
- Safe lighting.
- Slip free flooring.
The Vermont Center for Independent Living works to promote the dignity, independence and civil rights of the elderly and those with disabilities.
