-Professionally packing and unpacking items and placing personal belongings in the new home
-Interviewing movers and facilitate the move
-Coordinating change of address with Social Security, post office, utilities etc.
-Cleaning out and preparing the house for sale
-Arranging for painters or repairs
-Interviewing real estate agents for the sale of the property
-Managing the estate sale

“Caring Transitions” offers an online auction on their website.

“Caring Transitions” also helps seniors with valuing personal items so that seniors can receive the best price if they have to sell any household items.
