"ACTION ON ELDER ABUSE
ELDER ABUSE PREVENTION TRAINING" PROGRAM
Program Description
"We recognize that good quality training can reduce the potential for abuse by careworkers and by others, and there is good research to indicate that training, when coupled to appropriate staffing levels, can improve the quality of care provided in institutions and by domiciliary care staff."
