“TREC is a pan-Canadian health services research program concentrated in Western Canada, Ontario, and the Atlantic provinces, with some activity in Canada's North. This partnership ensures that the research meets the needs of everyone in the residential long-term care sector.”

-Empowering front line care providers to lead changes.

-Spreading innovation in the long-term care sector.

-Measuring staff and caregiver job satisfaction, burnout, physical and mental health.

-Engaging with older adults, residents and caregivers in long-term care settings to create change.
