WHATA senior friendly employment award that recognizes International (non-U.S.-based) employers whose innovative workforce and/or human resource practices address issues of concern older adult workers.

Program Description

Experienced employees are becoming increasingly important for employers seeking to retain their competitive edge in today's marketplace.

It would benefit companies and businesses to be senior friendly in their hiring practices and in providing adaptable working conditions for older adult workers.
